For our 24/7/365 contact center in Buenos Aires, Argentina, 5CA is continuously looking for German Customer Support Agents to provide Support for NCsoft. We are looking for dynamic Customer Support Representatives, who have a passion for MMO games and Customer service. They will be dealing with passionate players who demand Customer Service and will demonstrate excellent organizational and prioritization skills and strong verbal and written communication skills.
