The Role: The IT manager in Argentina is looking to recruit a 1st/2nd line support Technician to work on a busy helpdesk. It is essential that you have excellent customer service skills, can work calmly under pressure and have some previous Helpdesk experience. Ideally you will have knowledge of Windows Server & Workstation, MS Exchange, Backup technologies, Firewall technologies and Anti Virus technologies. The role will involve delivering technical support to the rapidly increasing client base. You will be responsible for providing support primarily over the telephone, and through using remote administration tools. This will include identifying client's problems, logging calls and trying to provide a first time fix.
