Project coordinator / coordinador de proyectos en Capital Federal

The Project Coordinator is required to manage localization and translation projects with a short to mid term time frame. This may mean managing up to 10 projects simultaneously with a 2 week to 6 month delivery period. Functional tasks to coordinate will include translation, localization engineering and testing and desk top publishing. The Project Coordinator shall operate as the key interface to IFL customers internationally, coordinating the internal and external language and technical teams to meet our customer requirements for schedule, quality and cost of their localized product. Experience coordinating tasks with aggressive schedules in a multi-functional environment is required as well as excellent communication, both written and verbal. Responsibilities Operates as key Project interface to assigned set of international customers, leading all external communication with IFL customers in a highly professional manner Analyses Project kits from IFL customers and quickly assimilates customer requirements into a set of defined tasks and resources Schedules internal and external Project tasks. Creates Project budgets, managing such to strict company targets for profitability Manages customer expectations and IFL delivery to such. Customer satisfaction is a key performance indicator for this role Required Skills Ability to multi-task across business functions Fluent verbal and written English Computer literacy Ability to work under continual deadline pressure Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Fast and effective assimilation of complex information Natural leadership skills Service minded Highly developed quality awareness Team working Formal educational requirements Educated to Degree level. Project Management qualifications an advantage.
